This policy explains what information nodewick ("we", "us") collects through nodewick.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill out a form (booking a call, joining the nodewick Clips early-access list, or contacting us) we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, business name, channel link and message.
- Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask about
- To send early-access and launch updates about nodewick Clips if you joined that list
- To run, secure and improve our website and services
- To meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google Workspace (email, and forwarding form submissions to our inbox), and Google Fonts (website fonts, which your browser loads from Google). They process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
nodewick Clips software
nodewick Clips runs on your own computer. The videos you process stay on your device. If you connect your YouTube account, your sign-in token and channel statistics are stored on your computer and used only to power the software's features; they are not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for as long as needed to respond and provide our services, and for early-access members until the list is no longer needed or you ask us to remove you.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from updates, at any time by emailing support@nodewick.com. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the date above when we do, and for significant changes we'll let early-access members know by email.
